Global Medical Identification (G-Med ID), is a unique ID assigned to every patient registers into Telth ecosystem. This ID will be used to store and retrieve EMR/EHR of a patient and to monitor their health data with consent. This availability of near to real time and past health data will help us in delivering precise care.
